I do all of the above and I only get paid when you do - at closing
Once you send me the executed contract I will start working behind the scenes with the title company, the lender, your clients, and any other party to the contract to ensure you and your clients are on track to have a successful closing.
You, the realtor, will still be in complete control of the transactions and will be doing all of the negotiating on behalf of your clients. I manage your transaction portal by uploading all of the contract documents, reviewing the documents for broker compliance, and submitting the file to your broker so that your broker can issue the CDA. If your broker does not send the CDA to the title company, I will send it, ensuring you will get paid.
All of this work will free up approximately 15-20 hours of your time on each executed contract, allowing you to put more of your time into growing your business.
I am a notary public for the state of Texas and can provide notary services to your clients and customers.
Short on time? I can prepare buyer representation packets, listing packets, and buyer offers for you and your clients.
I am a licensed real estate agent focused only on transaction coordination services. After multiple years of successful experience as an agent, I realized working behind the scenes of transactions better suited my unique talents.
